*Please note that these classes are for supplementing regular craniosacral treatments at home, and not as a replacement for in-office treatment. They are also not intended for CEU or credential certification.*

Having access to basic Craniosacral tools at home is something that can benefit anyone who wants to be a better parent, partner, or to just feel better themselves!

- Hands on and practical instruction that you can take home and implement right away.
- Beginner-friendly course design and a casual, friendly atmosphere.
- Plenty of opportunity to ask questions, get feedback, and make sure you are comfortable with the techniques you are learning.

Caregiver Calm 101
