You might be a great fit if...

You have experience in CST and/or a Related Field

As a provider, we'd love for you to have at least one year of CST experience and/or at least 2 years of working with clients in a wellness field.

We also understand that there are many paths that lead to becoming a great CST provider. Related fields might include nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, massage, etc.

For our administrative and support staff, a background in providing support in a wellness field is considered a plus, but not required.

Our compensation package is very competitive, with our providers earning as much or more than therapists working in fields such as occupational or speech therapy.

Paid Vacation &
Schedule Flexibility

Full-time employees qualify for paid vacation leave after the first 90 days.

Additionally, while we need team members who can commit to a consistent schedule, we're also able to provide some flexibility in terms of what that schedule looks like.

Paid sick leave is available for both full-time and part-time team members.

Growth Opportunities

Our practice is growing, and with that comes opportunities for advancement in both our clinical and administrative roles.

We also offer stipends for continuing education.
